    I drove sixty miles for my Physical therapy. The receptionist “Jen B”told me to reschedule because I didn’t have a Covid mask on. I asked her for one and She stated she couldn’t give me a mask every time and that I would need to reschedule. Totally unprofessional and I definitely will not be coming back!!!!
