Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Listings are sourced from publicly available data and may not reflect a facility's current hours, services, accepted insurance, or operational status. Always verify directly with the facility before visiting. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3. Listings & data accuracy
UCL aggregates facility information from a combination of public data sources and owner-submitted listings. While we strive for accuracy:
- Hours, phone numbers, accepted insurance, and services may be outdated.
- Reviews are submitted by users and moderated by us; we do not endorse any facility.
- Issuance of an NPI does not ensure a provider is licensed or credentialed.
- Listings can be updated or removed at our discretion.
4. User-submitted content
By submitting a review, contact message, or listing claim, you grant UCL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content on the Site.
