These Terms govern your use of UrgentCareLocations.org (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

UCL provides a directory of urgent care centers, walk-in clinics and other healthcare facilities across the United States. Information is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider for medical questions.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Listings are sourced from publicly available data and may not reflect a facility's current hours, services, accepted insurance, or operational status. Always verify directly with the facility before visiting. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Listings & data accuracy

UCL aggregates facility information from a combination of public data sources and owner-submitted listings. While we strive for accuracy:

• Hours, phone numbers, accepted insurance, and services may be outdated.
• Reviews are submitted by users and moderated by us; we do not endorse any facility.
• Issuance of an NPI does not ensure a provider is licensed or credentialed.
• Listings can be updated or removed at our discretion.

4. User-submitted content

By submitting a review, contact message, or listing claim, you grant UCL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content on the Site. You agree your submissions are truthful and do not violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying directory data compilation, is the property of UCL or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Individual listings may include data from public registries (such as NPPES) that remains in the public domain.

6. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (facility websites, insurance carriers, map services). UCL is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those external sites.

7. Limitation of liability

UCL is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information obtained through it.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UCL and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Paid listing plans, payments and refunds

Facilities can claim their listing and buy a plan (Starter, a one-time payment; Professional and Elite, monthly subscriptions). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. A plan covers one listing and controls only that listing’s own information; it never removes, hides or changes other facilities, and it does not buy a rating or a review.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as below. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard and stay active until the end of the billing period already paid; there are no partial refunds. When a monthly plan ends, the claimed listing keeps the Starter features.

One exception: if you buy a plan to add a clinic that is not yet listed and we decline to publish it, we refund that payment in full, and a monthly plan ends at once.

Claims are approved on payment and reviewed periodically. We may suspend or revoke a claim that was made by someone not authorised to represent the facility, and we may remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or includes patient information.
