The lab tech that drew my blood today was the rudest that I have ever met. Every statement I made or question I had was met with a stern and short answer. When I tried to explain something she would cut me off and seemed to want to argue. In my 30 years in healthcare and 53 years as a patient I have never been treated this bad.
