My daughter brought my 11 yr. old granddaughter there this morning for fever, feeling tired, sleeping and wanted to see a doctor and find out what was wrong with her. a lot of flu going around and wanted to find out if she may have it. She was told to wait in the car and would be called. Well, she waited there for almost 5 hours with a child and fever in her car. I think this was totally unacceptable, I can understand a waiting time, but 5 hours? My daughter she is scared pretty bad, as well as my granddaughter, now she is afraid to sleep, she has never done that before. I don't have an answer for the wait time there in Inwood, urgent care, but I hope this note wakes up someone who can. But truly something needs to change there, thank you.
