    I am sure you will not post this, but you should at least be open with your patient care - 4.5 hours wait for emergency care, is not emergency care. Inexcusable. If the ER room is that booked up - you need to disclose this to patients as they enter the door so that they can make a decision. Your actions that I witnessed twice now of having a nurse take vitals then stick you in a waiting room with no monitoring, no aid, and no indication of how long you are going to be waiting for help is immoral and should be punishable by law. Your facility is a disgrace to Northwestern Hospital!
