    Believe the low ratings! Was treated by Jana for what she said a bad uti. She prescribed Keflex, and said if it didnt go away, call and she would need to bump up the type of antibiotic. Things got better, (except for the typical yeast infection caused by the Keflex), then towards the end of the antibiotic, began getting bad again. I called, and they said “maybe the pain is from the yeast infection. She wants you to wait a little while and see, then call us back and we can call in a stronger antibiotic”. We are now a couple of weeks past the end of the antibiotic . The uti is back, full swing. I called back, and Jana isn’t in today. Dr Beth refuses to call in a stronger antibiotic because “it’s been too long, it could be a different uti”. We are traveling, and my primary care dr is not in today. So now I have to seek ANOTHER urgent care where we are located, because Beth apparently respect Jana’s notes in my chart enough to treat me.
