    We to get my free exam once a year last November I was seen by a new doctor name Katheryn Salvador. She rewrote my whole medical chart that all of my previous condition were in my chart so it looked as she found some new condition. I am being charge for a doctor visit because she wrote down all of my past health conditions. So I was billed because she felt that so discovered all my previous conditions. Please don't go see her she will take your free physical away from you. I will be going to court soon to fight for my $350 bill that should be a free physical that I made an appointment with this clinic. Be aware of this clinic and doctor it's fraud!
