    Came in, with a broken finger. Sat for 5 hours before being seen. All the while the staff took lunch and left us waiting. Others would walk in and be taken in before we were. Had X-Rays, and they were sent to The Hand and Shoulder Center. When seen, and after the X-Rays, my finger was put in a splint and advised to see The Hand Center. I went to the Hand Center, and the doctor told me they would need to take X-Rays as the X-Rays sent from Med One were unreadable. MED ONE! A 6 hour wait is unacceptable! Will never go back to this MED ONE on, SouthWay Blvd, Kokomo, IN.
