    i am 75 ,im literate i went to cetronia location went in to check in ,no one else was there at check in. the receptionist doing nothing ,had me go to the kiosk to check in , she refused to do it in person. i tried ,i realy did , i strugled to know where to click. i erased good information and struguled to put it back. the whole time she watched me . finaly i gave up and walked out untreated. ill suffer by my self ,who cares ?
