    I would have given this place 5 stars if it hadn't been for Dr. Hernandez. He spent less than 3 minutes with me on two different occasions. The first time it was while the nurse was trying to get me hooked up to medical devices. I had extreme pain on left side of stomach, so he decided to poke me with a finger to see how I'd respond. Of course, I jumped because it was painful. The second time was after test results and just prior to leaving and he told me I had shingles but there was no rash. He stood so close to me that I had to lean back. That was it! He never palpated my abdomen, back, side or discussed all symptoms with me. He just didn't care!
