    i tried to do an online appointment with Maria . I had a very bad cough. all of a sudden, she disappeared from our chat. I went to another Urgent Care and was prescribed a Zpack and cough medicine. Today I received a call from Sanitas asking me if I wanted to make an appointment.. The young lady could not understand that I had already addressed my issue at another Urgent Care outside of Sanitas.. I have been very disappointed with my care at Sanitas...
