    I would give them a zero if I could. We waited in the parking lot for over 1 hour and never got to see a doctor. The PA and nurse were rude and only wanted to do a fast covid test so they could get paid. I bet they are charging everyone for the test and it is not needed in most cases. NEVER could see a DOCTOR !!. They should not be called a "Urgent Care" but rather "Slow Care". They are a disgrace to the medical profession. If you want to live ... GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY !!!! It turned out my daughter had an ear infection and just needed some antibiotics. It took her regular doctor about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem the next morning. The doctors , nurses and staff at the hamilton mill reagan medical center are INCOMPETENT and do NOT CARE about PATIENTs !!! STAY AWAY !!!
