    This should not be labeled Urgent Care, you cannot contact anyone, there is no "Chat" and they are now setting appointments with no way to make an appointment unless you drive out there and set one, this is outrageous and treated with disrespect from the customer service. If you are operating as a clinic at least have a way to set an appointment for those of us who do not have an emergency, nor can get an appointment with our primary physician for days later. I am totally disappointed and operating under the pretense of "urgent care" is absolutely unacceptable.
