This is the worst place to have a primary doctor!!! I called because I'm ill, they said they had not seen me for the past 12 months so I can't to a telehealth call and I am like a new patient but they won't see me in the office because I have flu like symptoms!!! What???? I can't go to the doctor because I'm sick!! They said I would have to have 5 days with no symptoms to be able to go on site. If I have 5 days with no symptoms I DON'T NEED A DOCTOR!!!! After Urgent care diagnosed me with a virus (negative on Covid and Influenza) I asked Phoenix Family again if they would see me because the cough medicine the Urgent care prescribed didn't work. They still said NO!
