Visited for the first time this week on a rainy Friday morning as a walk-in, after a week of severe knee pain. I was anticipating a long wait & was happily surprised by that not happening. The staff was friendly & helpful & PA-C Mark Ford was profession & after looking @ x-rays & examining my knee, carefully explained what my x-rays showed & told me of my knee options. He did not try to influence me, but told me of the least intrusive of medication to the "possibly down the road" surgery. I was told of this facility by my G.P., so I did not waste my time going to my Dr. first, to be only to an Ortho Dr. I needed immediate help for my knee pain, and I received it. Thanks, Westbury Ortho On Call!!!
