I am part of the Ogden Clinic. My PCP is at Ogden Clinic Professional facility. I was also seen here at Mt View Urgent Care multiple times for High blood pressure and was encouraged to periodically stop by and get a BP reading. Today I was RefusedCare!!!! simply because my PCP is not in this facility. This is wrong!!! I was simply doing my part in following both PCP Elizabeth Anderson and Brett A in this facility to keep following up with BP. The nurses in the back refused to take a simple BP!! I was willing to wait! Just take the BP then explain the complicated rules Ogden Clinics have so us simple people can worry about how we can have care. Please fix this! Send out notifications to all patients across the board of this issue. I do not want other patients to waste their time and try to find a clinic that will take a simple BP. This is WRONG! I already feel my BP rising. I am so 😡
