Office of Dr. Brad G. Westfall

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dentist if you expect to be treated in a reasonable amount of time. This office forced me to wait over an hour due to 10 minutes of paperwork. When I was unable to wait over an hour due to a shift at work, I was not able to be seen at all. I did attempt to reconcile the situation and they were not willing. Never visited a more disrespectful, entitled and unprofessional office in my life. If they can’t keep track of paperwork and communicate properly when it comes to appointments, how will they keep track of the needs of your teeth? Not a risk I’m willing to take with an office that thinks it’s their place to abuse your time. I’ll be encouraging my husband and stepson to be seen elsewhere as well.
