    8/15 2:23pm, receptionist hung up on me twice today. I used the site preregistration to get covid test, asking her can I make a appointment over the phone instead of coming inside due to covid regulations. I don’t know her bcus she doesn’t give it which is fine but ma’am you don’t treat patients rude. Receptionist or nurses which ever u are should be patient and compassionate and you are just mean and rude. You should be fired that not your line of work because you don’t have the correct attitude to have that job position. Hanging up on me or anybody is unprofessional.
