This is an urgent/emergency care with one staff for both. This is not like "urgent" care at other urgent cares. It means you are triaged the same as in a hospital emergency department. In other local urgent care facilities patiets are treated on a first come basis. At this facility if you come in under urgent care for say, the flu, pneumonia, infections etc, & an "emergency" patient comes in, you will wait in the room in one very uncomfortable chair, potentially for hours... & it won't matter how many hours prior to the emergency patient you was roomed. I would not recommend for use as "urgent" care better service at Washington Regional Urgent Care.
