    While taking blood sample from Nancy Troy, the nurse failed to find a vein to be used. Instead, the skin was penetrated, causing severe injury and pain to Nancy. It is now 3 days later and the wound has not healed. Nancy offered to have blood taken from her right hand: request was refused. Hole where the needle went in is still there and quite red.
