    Very poor communication skills. Empty parking lot. Empty waiting room. It’s no wonder. Rude receptionist get angry when you ask questions trying to understand and interpret them from 15 feet away with full masks on through a glass barrier. Never again. Even heard her tell someone who look like a supervisor false truths about the situation.
