is currently the day before my appointment with a nurse practitioner there- two weeks after scheduling. The earliest they could see me. I received a phone call at 10am saying that this particular nurse was leaving this clinic and that I need to reschedule my appointment. I hope this nurse just found out today that she was leaving, or that the person answering the phones is more pro-active with letting other patients know they won’t be seen for their future appointments scheduled with this nurse. After finally getting called back at 4:53pm (they close at 5:00pm) to reschedule my appointment, it was revealed to me that they don’t take my insurance. Thanks for the waste of time. It really makes me doubt the entire medical system.
