    I had to drive out there to the vision clinic just to make an appt. with them. For some reason, they don't answer the phones, just goes to a waiting in line queue. The 4 times I tried calling (between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM), I would get an automated response they were busy with other customers. I waited on the phone over 10 minutes each call to speak to someone, with no one answering any of those calls. I would suggest going to Shopko Optical if you can. At least they care enough to answer the phone and your questions in a timely, responsible manner.
