Memorial Hermann Cypress Convenient Care Center Emergency Room

This place is a joke. I arrived here early about 6:00 am no one in the waiting room got right back to a room. A room with no call light/tv remote. When asked about it I was told there wasn’t one but they would leave the door open. Now I have to sit here and listen to the staff talk loudly while using profanity. I was told by the registration clerk that this room, room5 is usually used for patients that were “acting up” which of course I wasn’t. On the way to the room there were several available rooms so why they chose to put me in this one I would love to know. I was never asked about my medical history or what medications I may take at home therefore given medications that would do absolutely nothing for me. At this point I wouldn’t bring my dog here for treatment.
