Went to Pediatric urgent care with my child. A female MA opened the door and said, "has the patient been here b4?" No knock on the door, no eye contact, not even hello. I said, "hello to you too." She finally looked and said, "hello...has the patient been here b4." She was very curt with ?'s asked and appeared to be annoyed. From that pt. on, the nursing student and Dr. were fine: thorough and addressed all concerns. Would I come here again? Yes, needs were met and we were in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
