    I am very disappointed in my recent attempts to make an appointment at the clinic in Springville, AL. I called the office number Wednesday and was told someone would call me back that day or the next (Thursday). Since I did not hear from anyone I called back Thursday afternoon (4:45) and was told some tried to call me. When I asked what number was called it was not my number. I gave the receptionist my correct number on Wednesday when first called and again Thursday afternoon. Again, on Thursday afternoon I was not given an appointment, but was told someone would contact me on Friday. Since I have not heard from anyone, I went to the clinic today (Friday) and was told they could not see me today. I don’t know if the problem is with the schedulers or the girl at the front desk.
