    My 81 yr old mother was seen in urgent care earlier she was with her elderly friend. The nurse had the nerve to get the guard and ask my mom is she ready to leave. My mother was waiting for her friend. I have never heard of anybody asking an 81 yr old woman if she was ready to leave ! This is a very hateful location. The location in culebra is way better and nicer. I'm also going report this to the bbb anybody else who will listen. My mother could have been waiting for a ride my mom has her own transportation. They need to fired if these people can't treat these elderly nice and be polite they need to fired . IM GOING T TO BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS WOODLAWN LOCATION !!!!
