If I could give zero stars I would! Went to Urgent Care Nov 9 and saw Michelle Warner for a bad reaction to antibiotics....watery diarrhea and a raw, very sore bottom and lady parts. She didn't even examine me, just said to get diaper rash cream containing zinc oxide and to apply it often. By the time I could get in to see my regular provider it was the following Tue. She DID do an exam and said I had a raging yeast infection (and prescribed the proper treatment with Fluconazole and Monistat). Much better now that I'm on treatment for this, but I still resent the 3 days of hell I went through because Warner couldn't be bothered to do an exam. I am very disappointed in the level of service I received at your facility.
