    I went to Dr. Ji after extreme tooth pain. He accepted me as a walk in and saw me right away. When I pointed out the problem area, he seemed unconcerned about it and asked me about other teeth instead. He did x-rays on parts where I was not feeling pain. He told me that I needed root canals on teeth that didn't hurt. I did not proceed because this experience left me with no confidence in this office. I later went to another dentist who immediately identified my problem and had it fixed that day.
