    my wife got released from General Hospital for neck surgery a week ago. She was adviced to see her primary doctor here. She has been trying to make appointmen calling 209-944-5410 for a week, called between 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM every day. No one answer, no voice mailbox to leave a voice message. just keeping ringing all day long. This is a serious problem with operation of this faciliy
