    Not impressed with the way a very close friend was treated while seeking treatment for fever/sore throat. She was refused treatment due to lack of ID & insurance. She was visibly upset when she returned to my home after dealing with the staff there. It is ridiculous in today's society that a person is turned away when they are clearly ill & in pain for such a thing. I have never been asked for identification while seeking treatment at any emergency medical facility. I suspect discrimination was at play here and I will be reaching out to quality care first thing in the morning to discuss this issue.
