    MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE ARRIVING. Just saw someone walk out tired of waiting for attention. They seem to have caught up with appointments over the last few hours, but walk-ins are not prioritized. Had to step outside to arrange transportation at the wrong moment and they cancelled my place in line. That's right, they don't use texts. So be sure to plan your urgent needs carefully and DO NOT MOVE from the wait room. Triple N95 mask also, lots of coughing around and You. Must. Stay. Inside.

    Called this facility to inquire about COVID testing and the receptionist put me on hold and never came back to the phone and would not pick up the phone when I tried to call back. So unprofessional. Stay clear of this place.
