    I drove myself there in a snow storm from Goshen, CT last Friday January 7, 2022. I sliced my finger and cut the vessel so was bleeding quite a bit. When i got there the receptionist asked me if it was a worker comp issue. I said no but here is my medical insurance card. (United). Receptionist said "let me go check with the Doctor." I stood there wondering what she is checking. She came back told my wife and I that he is refusing treatment. There was not one person in the office and we did attempt to call just after 8:00 on our way in to make sure we were not wasting a trip if they do not repair cut wounds with stitches. Nobody answered so we just showed up. She directed us to go to the ER. I drove another 25 minutes through the storm to get medical attention at the ER.
