    Front desk staff Elly refused service because I was unable to sign paperwork due to injury and profuse bleeding. I asked to do it later when I could use my injured hand but she became upset when I expressed frustration to my friend who was there helping me. She refused to give me the name of the office manager and then she refused to properly refund my co-pay. She also was belittling to another patient in the office loudly saying his name and date of birth and asking personal questions and divulging information about him. I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism in my 30 years of working in health care. She was cruel and should never be the front face of an office providing “care”.
