    The woman at the front is rude beyond measure! I made my appointment, checked in online a week before my appointment. They waited until I arrived at my appointment to tell me that there was an issue with my insurance but since my insurance was CHAMPVA, Veterans insurance, MY wait time would be 2-4 hours while they sat and waited to find the issue! The woman at the front SMIRKED at me, looked me up and down as if I was some kind of charity case! Because? I'm a Veteran?? Again, I repeat I checked in online a WEEK prior. They had a WEEK to find there was an issue and could have called me to work out the issue.
