    Banner Urgent Care does not answer their phone. I received a letter, after more than a month of trying to contact them. The letter instructed me to call their clinic, but no one there answers their phone. Subsequently, I phoned all clinics in Tucson Arizona, Not a single clinic answers their phone. I contacted cliics in other towns. Personnel living in other towns tried to assist me in contacting Banner Urgent Care, here in Tucson. Nothing. Nothing, only a letter complaint that I don't answer my phone...a statement that I think to be questionable.
