    Called ahead to ensure facility was open and staffed. Arrived to find sign on door (locked, by the way) indicating that persons were to return to their vehicle and call them. Since I don't have a phone, this was not going to happen. After knocking on the door 2-3 times and sitting on the ground waiting, someone appeared, to whom I explained that I don't have a phone. This person also asked, among other things, if I had "chest pain." I said that I did, At this point I was told that they would not see me. Why didn't they just tell me that on the phone?? Would've saved myself quite a bit of time and frustration.
