    I was told this is no longer 'urgent care'., it's by appt. I called for my 94 yr old mother who is immobile, has a uti. She has been seen there many times as this is a chronic condition for her. Gal told me she hadn't been seen in over 2 yrs so they couldn't allow me to bring in a urine sample. Informed her this was not true, both my sister and myself have taken her within the last year, more than once. So unprofessional. Was told she would check with MA, which is all they ever seem to have there, no doctors. After waiting 2 hours, I called back, gal put me to voice message. Still haven't heard back. This is no way to give medical care. I would give them negative stars if I could as this is not the first incompetent episode I've personally experienced with them. Don't waste your time.
