    My husband went today without me (I felt bad). We have been long term patients of Advent (and before). He does NOT go to the dr unless he is miserable. From the front staff to back, including all the medical staff, he was treated like a 3rd class person. Why are the elderly so disrespected by this office? He cannot see or hear well AND stated this up front. He does not drink water. He does not keep up with how many sprites either. Instead of taking the time to investigate why he felt so bad, he was dismissed, literally, by the dr when he did not have a UTI. Everybody has a bad day sometimes. But an entire office? The competition just picked up 2 new customers! Only person who helped and treated him decently was another patient.

    I haven't been to this office in probably 5 years- nothing changed except the name. Staff still very unfriendly & unconcerned. Nurse tried to tell me there were 50 patients in the office as an excuse for my extra long wait- they don't have room for 50 patients in the building and there were only 4 cars in the parking lot including mine. I got there at 12:45 and walked out at 2:20 without ever seeing a doctor.
