Could not give them a zero. Medical professionals are fine, but the front desk is useless. For at least 3 years I have been getting a vitamin serum shot . I bring the serum. Almost every visit, once a month, the receptionist says they don’t do injections, but I have EOBs that say otherwise. They would never think to check my records on the computer. Stop hiring high school dropouts, and shut down the weekend. There are seldom other people there other than the employees. Makes you wonder why Excela is losing money.
