So awful. Checked in, was told it would be about 1.5 hr wait, tried to keep warm in my car and phone charged, after 2 hours I walked in and was told they forgot to call me! But they could see me now. Had blood pressure taken and interviewed- then crickets. Another hour went by as I sat in the patient room and waited. I have such respect for the medical profession but over a three hour wait for urgent care because they forgot I was there?!!! I finally left without being seen. I hope they are able to keep that facility staffed. Usually they are awesome. Today not so much.
