I was at your Barnet office in Paterson today trying to get a Covid test done for my daughter who is a child. Miss Aliya Capers was very rude, impatient, insensitive and unprofessional. I AM ALREADY STRESSED OUT ABOUT MY DAUGHTER FRIEND TESTING POSITION AND MY DAUGHTER MAY HAVE CONTACTED COVID AS WELL...DONT NEED HER UNPROFESSIONALISM TO ADD TO MY STRESS. Miss Aliya Capers need to have training in patient care and sensitivity training. If Miss Capers is having a bad day she should have stayed/go home
