They checked us in over the summer when I took my son suspecting he had a broken collar bone. We went back and the doctor walked in and stated they couldn’t treat for breaks and we needed to go to CIO. I was incredibly frustrated they wasted our time because my son was in pain. Now, they’re trying to charge for care we did not receive because they’ve lied to billing stating the doctor examined my son and gave him a sling and a referral. We were told to look up CIO and given no sling. In fact I have a bill from CIO for the sling they gave him. They asked the reason for the visit when we went to check in and they should have told us then they could not provide the care we needed.
