All payments are final and non-refundable (Terms of Service, section 10). Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the billing period. A plan manages your own listing only; it never removes or changes other facilities.
How it works
1. Choose a plan
Pay securely through Dodo Payments. Starter is a one-time payment; Professional and Elite are monthly.
2. Create your account
Register with the same email right after payment. Your plan activates automatically.
3. Claim or add your facility
Find your facility by name, phone number or NPI and it is yours to edit straight away. Not listed yet? Add it; we publish it already claimed to you.
Questions from clinics
Who can claim a listing?
An owner, practice manager, medical director or authorized representative of the facility. You choose a plan and pay first, create your account with the same email, then find your facility and claim it. The claim is approved straight away because your account has an active paid plan. Claims are reviewed periodically, and a claim made without the facility’s authority is revoked.
Is my facility already listed?
Search for it above, or open its page and use the “Claim it” link. If it is not listed, choose a plan and add your clinic: every plan covers one clinic, and we publish it already claimed to you.
Do I have to pay to fix a mistake?
No. Anyone can report an error for free through our contact page. A plan is for facilities that want to manage their page themselves.
Where does my listing appear in the city list?
Paid listings appear above unclaimed ones in the city list: Elite first, then Professional, then Starter. Listings on the same plan are shown first come, first served.
What do the badges mean?
"Claimed", "Verified Professional" and "Elite Provider" mean the facility has a paid plan and manages the details on its page. They are not a quality rating.
Does a plan change my reviews or rating?
No. Reviews are moderated independently and a plan cannot remove or edit them. Professional and Elite plans can post a public reply.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Will claiming change my care-level tag?
No. The tag follows the care the facility offers, not whether it is claimed. If your tag is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will review it.
What happens to patient messages?
Elite appointment requests go to your email and dashboard. Patients are asked not to include medical details, and the form tells them to call 911 in an emergency.
