No. Anyone can report an error for free through our contact page. A plan is for facilities that want to manage their page themselves.
No. Reviews are moderated independently and a plan cannot remove or edit them. Professional and Elite plans can post a public reply.

Elite appointment requests go to your email and dashboard. Patients are asked not to include medical details, and the form tells them to call 911 in an emergency.
