Went for a COVId swab in July, received a bill for $158.00. I called billing, spoke with 2 people saying they have an agreement with BCBS and I had not met my deductible,the balance was due from me. I called my insurance company and COVID testing is covered at 100% and it needed to be filed with the correct code. I called AFC, asked to speak with a supervisor, transferred to David.,explained the situation and he said he would take care of it. It’s 10-19, I have made countless calls and emails to no avail.It’s insurance FRAUD! and after reading other reviews, I we have a class action LAWSUIT.
