Centercare Urgent Care (2 LOCATIONS IN KING GEORGE-SEE WEBSITE FOR HOURS)

The one star is for the kind and helpful receptionists! However, there is a certain provider there who should have been fired yesterday. This is a young woman with a name tag that say PA on it, I won't specifically mention her name. I saw her for a regular physical at the Dalhgren location in King George, Virginia, at 2:00pm. I asked her for my critical medications on a 90 day refill, which she promised to call in that day. My regular pharmacy never heard from her. For the last three days, I have called the office 3 or more times. I have been repeatedly promised by the wonderful receptionists that this woman would call me back. But she never has!!! I don't know if she's too inexperienced or just totally incapable of handling the job. I want her fired!!!!
