This Er tested my daughter for strep & ive been trying to find out the results. I spoke to a charged head nurse by the name of hector and he was so rude and disrespectful. He told me only covid is high priority right now that i would have to wait hours if i came in to get my daughters results after ive already waited a week & that being my voicemail was full , thats not his problem. Very unprofessional and very bad business . I dont expect this type of attitude , especially in this line of career. I am simply worried about my baby. He didn't have to respond in that type of behavior. Never again would i waste my time on this ER!! Located on Wallisville rd, houston tx.
