Brought my daughter in a few months ago for a cough and allergy flare up. Was great - nurse practitioner helped us get on the right course of medication. Well called today because her cough came back and the person who answered the phone said they would not see us. Said it had to be a telephone visit because they do not see any patients that are coughing in the office. How do you refuse a Patient because they are coughing? We went someone else. Not sure if we will be back. Oh and by the way - just as I suspected - it’s just her allergies.
