AccuDoc Urgent Care

I made an “appt” online for 3 of us to get covid tests. pre registered online, showed up for our “appt” time, call to let them know, she then tells me my ins is not accepted, I feel all urgent cares should take all ins, no one should ever be turned away for medical care. Awful, so I said we’d pay cash, also, they said they didn’t know when we could be seen, so we have been waiting in our car for over an hour, with a 7 year old child. She then calls me back to again tell me they don’t take my ins, I told her I’d pay cash, she said they couldn’t take any form of payment knowing I have Ins. Never heard of this in my life. Again, awful. So we are still sitting waiting for our “appt” time, so my daughter and fiancé can get tested. We will never come here again. Terrible service.
